Y’all Gotta Hear This

To kickoff our Black Women Are Divine campaign, you’re invited to join us this Friday evening for a community record listening party celebrating women artists during Women’s History Month. Bring your vinyl to share one song by a woman artist you love, or come discover new music and connect with the community.

Hosted by A DJ Named President, in support of our BLM Grassroots Black Women Are Divine campaign, this will be a fun way to celebrate the creativity, talent and strength of Black women.

ABOUT BLACK WOMEN ARE DIVINE

Every year during Women’s History Month, we gather across the country for Black Women Are Divine, a national celebration led by Black Lives Matter Grassroots. The gathering is both a celebration and a remembrance. It honors the brilliance, resilience, creativity, and leadership of Black women while also remembering the life of Breonna Taylor.
