Join us for our September 29th BLM Black Neighborhood Tenant Council meeting
Close out the summer with the Black Neighborhood Tenant Council at our September Social, a relaxed evening centered on Black community, connection, resources, networking, and joy.
On Tuesday, September 29, we’re stepping away from our usual meeting format and gathering at BLU Art & Wellness Gallery in Downtown Long Beach for a community kickback designed to help people connect, share resources, build relationships, and learn about ways to get involved.
We’re inviting Black residents, renters, business owners, organizers, artists, and community partners to come together for an evening of conversation, food, music, and community.
What to Expect
The evening will include a community resource fair, networking, a book exchange table, volunteer and campaign sign-ups, food, music by @adjnamedpresident, and plenty of time to connect and unwind.
Whether you’ve been involved with BNTC for months or this is your first time joining us, you’re welcome. Come meet your neighbors, connect with local organizations and businesses, exchange ideas and resources, and learn more about the work happening across Long Beach.
Think of it as end-of-summer kickback meets resource fair.
